Orders placed on business days before 3 PM are often shipped the same day. You will receive it within 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95. For orders above €49, shipping is free.

For Belgium, shipping costs are €5.95, and for orders above €59, shipping is free.

You can return your order within 14 days. Send us an email to info@bimanails.nl and state your order number and reason for return. We will then send you the return address.

Please note that for gel nail stickers, you cannot see the color/design beforehand and cannot return them after seeing them. This is because they are packaged in black UV-proof foil, and once opened, we cannot accept them back as returns. They can cure due to UV light. Other nail products can only be returned unopened and unused.

Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Upon receipt and approval, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Yes, by using the Sticky Tabs (adhesive stickers) you can reuse them more often. Sticky Tabs are for shorter-term use (+- 3-4 days), but for some, the nails with sticky tabs also stay on for 1.5 weeks.

You can reuse them with sticky tabs about 3-5 times.

With the included nail glue, they last about 2 weeks.

Want to wear them for a shorter period or reuse them? Then use the included sticky tabs (nail glue stickers). This will make them last 3-4 days, but for some customers even 1 to 1.5 weeks. You can then reuse them by purchasing extra sticky tabs separately

You remove the press-on nails safely without damaging your nails by soaking them in warm water with some soap and oil (think cuticle oil, body oil or cooking oil) for about 10-15 minutes.

Then you can carefully pry them up with the included cuticle pusher. Do not force or pull on the nails to prevent damage. Are they still too stuck? Soak them a little longer.

Do you want to apply a new set right away? Wash your hands thoroughly and degrease well with the alcohol wipe.

Each set contains 30 nails in 15 different sizes, so there's plenty of choice to find the right fit. Are you in between two sizes? Then you can choose the larger one and file the sides/bottom slightly to make it fit perfectly. Don't forget to remove the filing dust.

We do recommend this. The top coat provides an extra seal for the sticker on your nail, making it last even longer, and it also adds a beautiful shine. Do you have an allergy? Then it's best to skip the top coat.

It is important that you store the gel polish stickers in their original black packaging before applying them. The gel must not come into contact with UV/sunlight, as this can cause the gel to cure, making it unusable.

Yes! The gel polish stickers are made of real gel polish, which is already 60% cured, making them still flexible enough to be shaped to your own nail.

After applying the gel polish stickers, cure them for 60 seconds under the lamp. Then apply a top coat, which you also cure under the lamp.

1 design contains 20 nail stickers. This is for single use, giving you the choice to find the right size for your nail.
