Shipping and Returns

When are orders shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Starting in February, orders will once again be shipped within 1-2 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95. Free shipping applies to orders over €39. For Belgium, shipping costs are €5.95. Free shipping for Belgium applies to orders over €59.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days. Returns are only accepted if the products are sent back in their original packaging and unopened (with the exception of the shipping box). Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please send us an email beforehand to register your return. You will then also receive our return address.
