In short:
- Prep your nails (file, cuticles, and clean).
- Choose the right size and stick it on your nail.
- Cut or file off the excess to the same length as your own nail.
- 60 sec under the lamp.
- File if necessary (sharp edges).
- Apply top coat for extra reinforcement and shine.
- Cure for 60-120 seconds under the lamp.

The ingredients of the gel nail stickers are:
Polyacrylic Acid, Acrylates Copolymer, GlycerinePropoxylate Triacrylate, Isopropylthioxantahonea. May Contain: D&C Red NO.6 Barium Lake, D&C Red NO.7 Calclum Lake, FD&C Yellow NO.5 Alluminium Lake, D&C Yellow NO.10, FD&C Blue NO.1, Black Iron Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Aluminium Powder, Bismuth Oxychloride, Mica, Isobutylphenoxy Epoxy resins, Polyethyiene Terephtinalate, Fragrance Compound.
